Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING: All domestic orders over $50 (pre-tax) qualify for FREE shipping.

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!  

Orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (2 day delivery) or USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 day delivery). We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Aphrodite’s Apothecary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout, monitoring your tracking updates, and checking with neighbors or your local post office if a package goes missing.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us at contact@aphrodites-apothecary.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. We’ll help you open a claim with the carrier and do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund until the carrier completes its investigation.
